Description
Obviously we can prepare gala dinners in any city in the Central and Eastern European region. Many different venues for many different purposes: we have hosted gala dinners in castles, museums, factories, hangars, towers, churches but also outdoor in a field and of course in restaurants.

Gala Dinner Example
The group will be picked up at their hotel by VIP busses or eventually typical interesting smaller vehicles.
In front of the venue the group will be welcomes by two ladies dressed in venue fitting costumes. The venue ‘dressed up’ according to the theme of the evening will be entered before welcome drinks and canapés will be served while music will be played. After this standing reception, everyone takes their seats and the Gala Dinner in as many courses as wished for can be started. Life entertainment as musical groups, dancers, magicians, singers, comedians and so forth can be included to enhance the evening to another level. After dining, a ball can be organized but just as well a disco, casino or other activities to make the dinner more interactive. Return transfers are obviously at the ready to take the group back to the hotel.

A photographer or camera crew can shoot footage of the evening for a great memory back home for all participants.
